Salon Policy and General Information
* At Glow Nail Bar, your satisfaction is our top priority. All Services are
Guaranteed and for any reason if you are satisfied, we will re-perform the service
within 3 days, and All repair within 3 days as well. We must be notified on the original day of
service and you must appear within 3 days to re-perform the service.
* We apologize, but No Refunds will be given, only re-perform the service to your satisfaction.
* We are not responsible for lost or damaged personal belongings.
* We have a 10-15 Minute grace period before & after your appointment time.
Please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. If you are
late, we cannot guarantee service with the same Technician and you may only reschedule once
per day.
* All appointment booking must be reserved with a credit card. 12 hours cancellation notice is required or cancellation fee may apply.
* Change of mind in any services after it was done on the same day or following
days will result in additional 50% charge of new services in addition to the original service.
* If an upgrade or additional services suggested by the Technician or Staff, and if
you agree, then you will be responsible for payment based on those changes. So
please ask the Technician or Staff about the cost of the upgrade or additional services before
continuing.
* We will not be responsible for any allergic reactions due to certain ingredients in
the products or burning due to waxing on clients who are using medications,
underlying condition, or sensitive Skin. Please inform your Technician of any medical conditions,
surgeries, or allergies.
* Parents for Guardians are responsible for children (under 15 years old) and the
service that they are getting. Let us know which service they are to receive and it
is your responsibilities to pay for any additional services, but we will let you know before we start to make sure.

have any comments, concerns, or complaints, please do not hesitate to consult
our Front Desk Staff or Management Staff so what we can better service you in the near future. We also welcome
compliments and praises as well.
*Please contact our Management Staff for more information if you planning
birthday, bridal showers, anniversary, or any celebrations.
*All activities are monitored and recorded to aid in the prosecution of any crime committed against this facility.
* Gift Certificates are available and please, no checks.
